my favorite subject has to be math it can like really show you how to use your brain I really like to add and multiply numbers sometimes it can be hard but I always like to push through it my favorite teacher is Miss boat White when I think about plc's at first it was really daunting but I found that I enjoy my time in there it helps bring the team kind of like collectively together and this is an opportunity for us to sit down and not worry about interruptions and share those ideas and we can talk about different strategies and what worked and what didn't work and aha moments I think this year they've been really great push each other's thinking and they have you know those conversations where they bounce ideas off each other and they're not always in agreement with 1 another however they do push their thinking and the growth that they've demonstrated from the very beginning of the year has been tremendous I do feel like it's 1 of those things that you can kind of get what you put into it and I feel like our team does a really good job of coming in with the mindset of we're here to work we're here to do what's best for kids we really want to use that focused time that we we get to do what we can to really improve our instructional practice and see the growth in our students collaborate during the conference period throughout the week the consistency in their collaboration continues aside from the PC I there's been a couple of times that I've kind of gone I don't know if I'm getting to these kids or if they're they're getting it or if they're learning it or if they're catching it but my teams always there and go no you're great we're doing it so I feel like our team does a really good job of coming in with the mindset we're here to work we're here to do what's best for kids we really want to do what we can to really improve our instructional practice and see the growth in our students
